Ahhh... what a post, as former Pizzajolo, chef, cook, foodie and Italy lover... I love how you started to introduce Pasta as "canve for our creative doing"... there are so many different versions I've cooked already myself... hope the price "normalizes" again in the near future and that you can have many more wonderful meals with friends and family at your table with some awesome Italian wine!
