Dear Nikhil, this is why I do have a preference of not updating my OS right from the beginning after its release, if after a few weeks no "negative news" are spread, I'll do it though. While I understand that software is evolving and eventually makes old hardware obsolete, I've had similar issues with my iPads which honestly don't have to do any more than surfing Safari. The bad part is, you can almost not reverse OS updates anymore. Haven't bought any new iPads anymore due to this, but still use iPhones till now.
