In a way it's a wonderful algorythm and in many ways much better than Google (where SEO optimized content wins over good and well written stories). I enjoy this on Medium and want to grow further because of this very reason as on other algos AI and machine-stuff might take over while real humans and their stories have less and less opportunities to shine!
