I've got some of them too, and it is what it is... I'm a big believer in consistency... they've helped you get where you are now. But what got you here won't get you there. I will consider enhancing such work and making them shine brighter or combine them with other posts as in each and everyone of them was an idea I felt worth sharing. I love to read other people's monthly recaps and learning, also just posted one as well. Keep it up! Cheers, Matt
