This is so true, providing options is increasing your closing or retention chances multifold! There's never just a "one-size-fits-it-all" in business, partnerships or even with human relationships. It's the "50 shades of options"!

In case there's just one way to go about it, it will be a make-or-break decision, and guess how many will quickly conclude that the provided option is not "for them".

By providing options, you play the ball to the other side and let them pick!
