Very well written and oh-so-true! Loved the book "The Millionaire Next Door", you highlight all essential points and I concur, it's so boring to hang with some materialistic XXL spenders rather than with someone who devotes his/ her time on digging deeper into their field of interest... fully funded of course, but nobody needs to know.
