What an excellent story, read it with great attention- as this is how you rightly put, the hardest part in an age with diminishing attention spans!

Look up the traditional (not simplified) chinese character for listening to truly see what listening means, it consists of ears, mind, eyes, heart and focus in the form of undivided attention. Only by using all five simultaneously will you be a good listener.

Loved this story, listening is so valuable as it’s rare, and it could solve so many problems in this world if only done right more often!
