While I agree that the governments will try to retain ultimate control, I believe in the value of a decentralized leger-system. However, there's so many shitcoins and crap around these days, all hyped up indeed. We might need some form of wash-out first, similar to the new-economy crisis in the early 2000's, and the eventual winners will emerge from such a washout.
