While I hate being micromanaged myself I hate even more if I delegate/ outsource something and it gets done "wrong" or simply "differently" than I've imagined and I still have to pay for it... this is why building relationships, trust and mutual understanding are key! They are an essential part of the "investment" into the success of any collaboration.
