While I'm just 45, I've learned how we can strive to "living younger next year" by adjusting to a lifestyle that promotes more moving (walks, hikes, mobility), healthier food (learn to cook fresh stuff) and hang out with optimistic, nice friends (find them now!) - improving your quality of life tremendously and delaying the decay of our body and mind for as long as possible.
